You can customize a message to a list of records and transactions. This function will assist your with frequently used notes for our records.
Adding a Custom Message
While using the software you can add notes and comments to various list records and transactions. Frequently these notes are repetitive, so we provided a way to enter and store all your repetitive notes and comments. This is different than your Email & Form Templates.
To access the Discount settings, click on the Gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Under the General section, click on Profile Lists. On the Profile Lists, under the Sales section click on Custom Messages.
- Enter a Name for your Custom Message.
- Select if the Custom Message is Active and then enter the Custom Message's Template. The template is what will be shown each time you select that specific Custom Message.
- Click on Save when done.
