Is your quantity in Order Time appearing differently than the quantity in QuickBooks? If yes this article is for you.
Typically the differences in quantity is the result of one of two actions:
1. There are documents in Order Time that have not yet posted to QuickBooks (or prevented to sync manually)
2. Someone has manually entered a document directly into QuickBooks.
The best solution is to track down the discrepancy. The best way to accomplish this is to view the individual item that has the quantity is in question. Then you will want to view the transaction list for that items in Order Time and compare that to the "Quick Report" in QuickBooks.
When in comparison you should be able to find the discrepancy and resolve it.
