As of January 1, 2025, billing for Order Time Inventory has transitioned to a new platform, and our subscriptions are now managed outside of the app. This change ensures a secure billing experience for our customers while we swap to the new systems. To upgrade, cancel, or alter your subscription, please follow the instructions provided below or reach out to our Billing Contact for assistance.

If you are suspending your Order Time Subscription:

Your account and your data will remain dormant for a minimum of 30 days (and may remain dormant for up to a one year upon request) before being deleted. Please refer to our data destruction and retention policy contained in our terms of use.
