4.0.13 (build 124)

October 2026

• iOS and Android now use the same version and build number: 4.0.13 (124) on both platforms.
• The app is now available in Spanish. It follows your device's language setting.
• Counts: the app now warns you if you try to add, clear, or upload count items when no count is downloaded.
• Sign-in: the email field is no longer case sensitive, and Next on the keyboard moves you to the password field.
• Work Orders: fixed the step picker when a step has the same name as the All Steps option.
• Find: fixed the default filter.

Main Menu

• One Main Menu for every module: Sales Orders to Pick, Ship Docs to Pack, Receive PO, Bin Move, Count, Find, Work Order, Transfers, and Settings.
• The Shortcuts screen and the Legacy Main Menu View setting have been removed.

New User Settings

• Auto Upload Sales Orders: uploads downloaded sales orders when you leave the module, sign out, download another order, or finish picking an order.
• Auto Upload Bin Moves: uploads each bin move as soon as you complete it.
• Enable Tap to Confirm Picking: tap an item, enter the quantity, check the bin and LSN, then confirm. Works for sales orders, purchase orders, and ship docs. This setting appears only when it is turned on for your company.
• Enable Composite QR Parsing: reads QR codes that hold Item|LSN or Item|Bin|LSN in one scan.
• Scan Work Order by Steps: scan components one step at a time.
• Show Time Entry Feature: record time against work orders.
• Sort Count List By Bins and Edit Count Quantity From Count List for counts.

Work Orders

• Move between steps and set each step to Waiting, Ready, In Production, or Finished from the scan screen. You can't scan into a step that is already Finished.
• Option to finish all steps at once, with a warning if components are still unpicked.
• New Preferences: Auto Allocate Work Order on Finish, Change Status to Ready When Allocated, Check Available on Pick, Warn Finish if Unallocated, and Require Fully Allocated.
• Step statuses and start, in-production, and finished times now upload to Order Time with the work order.
• Upload options for time entry: Upload Time Entry and Work Orders, or Upload Time Entry Only.
• Receive Finished Goods from the Work Order list.

Counts

• UPC added as a count list filter and search option.
• Count scans now match on Full Name, Name, UPC, MPN, or GS1.
• Filtered count lists now show item images and bins.

Transfers

• Create a transfer between locations, scan the lines, then upload or delete it.

Other improvements

• Searchable location list, and bin filters you can search that load faster for large bin lists.
• Package weight and dimensions are now number fields you can edit directly.
• Better quantity and unit of measure handling when the same item appears more than once on a ship doc.
• The app checks your connection before uploads and downloads and shows a clear message when you are offline.

• Transfers: Introducing the Transfers feature, now available. Easily manage and track inventory transfers between different locations within your organization.
• Resolved an issue where Sales Orders weren't working correctly involving negative inventory.

• If allocations were made for the line items on a Sales Order, the inventory for picking will be limited to the allocated amount.

• Items in the Scan View are now ordered alphanumerically based on the Scan First preference

• Fixed an issue where the back arrow did not work after navigating to User Settings or User Preferences from within a module

• Enhanced user experience: If there are no active documents on the scan screen, users will now be automatically redirected to the download screen.

• The scan screen's UI elements now adjust automatically to fit the size of the device in use. This resolves the issue of UI elements being cut off on smaller devices.

• Resolved a functionality issue, Auto Scroll now works correctly for Ship Docs when the preference is enabled.

• Fixed an issue so that the "Deny Receiving More Than Ordered" preference now functions accurately.

• Enhanced search capabilities: Users can now search using the "All" option in the Find Feature, allowing for item inventory searches by any of its associated barcodes.
  
  

• Resolved a display issue where the bin move upload status text was misaligned and couldn't be dismissed.

• Addressed a problem where the activity indicator obscured the error message displayed for incorrect download credentials.

• Fixed a bug affecting the internal camera scanning functionality for the Find Feature.

• Fixed an issue where you wouldn’t receive the proper error message when you go to the scan screen and there are no active docs downloaded.

• Added a new user preference that you can set to have items automatically scroll to the next item after you have fully picked them. By default it is set to false. 

• Fixed an issue where on large orders, the items in the Ship Docs were not matching up to the items in the related Sales Orders.

• Added and optimized the new Back button’s functionality.

• Fixed an error that occurred when using Ordered or All as the setting for picking Sales Orders.

• Conducted general improvements to the user interface and resolved various bugs for a smoother user experience.
