Please Avoid Using < and > Symbols Within Description Fields

Overview

We've noticed quite a few customers using different symbols in their Description fields.

<<Attention to this Purchase>>

Solution

This applies to every type of Description field under an Item regardless of the tab you are on.

Please refrain from using the less than and greater than symbols within your description fields.

This can cause a constant Error 500, especially if you try to change other fields on an Item while those are in your Description text fields.
