Symptom
When syncing a ship doc or customer from Order Time to QuickBooks Desktop you may get the following error:
this feature is not enabled or not available in this version of QuickBooks
Reason
You are using Classes in Order Time, but it is not enabled in QuickBooks.
Resolution
Enable the class function in QuickBooks.
