Domain Verification vs Mail Integration
If Emailing from Order Time ONE of these two methods is recommended!
Whats the Difference?
- Domain Verification: This method essentially gives Order Time permission to send emails on your email servers behalf. Our server will send the email and it can come from what appears to be the Users Email Address, Company Email Address or Default From Email Address. - Mail Integration: This method allows users to connect either their Outlook 365 or Gmail email accounts. Using this method the Order Time server will send the Email to the users integrated email address and that users email program will send the email out leaving a copy of the message in both Order Times Activity History and the users Sent box in their respective email program. Which is right for your business?
Essentially if emails should appear to come from a generic email then you would want to use Domain Verification. If seeing the Sent emails in the integrated mailboxes is key then the Mail Integration is the better choice.
