Use Find to look up where inventory is and how much is on hand. This article is for Order Time Mobile. It is not the same as Find in the older All Orders Mobile app.
Find is only a lookup. It doesn't download or check out any documents, so it won't lock anything for other users. Find needs a network connection.
Look up inventory
- On the Main Menu, tap Find.
- Choose a filter:
- All: searches every barcode field on the item
- Item Name/Number
- Bin
- LSN (lot or serial number)
- UPC
- MPN (manufacturer part number)
- Type or scan the value.
- Tap Go.
The results show the item, bin, quantity, and LSN for each match in your current location. If nothing matches, the app tells you no results were found.
